Alan Holligan MFA BA(Hons): Lecturer
Since 1996 I have been involved predominantly in collaborative practice within the Artist Groups, Virus and latterly Meantime PTA.
Virus formed in 1996 as a discussion-based ideas forum with 6 members. Early work was mostly written, video and interventionist. Invitations followed to participate as a group in international projects and provided the opportunity to collectively produce work, initially object-based, mostly installation with some time-based as well as slide / artists book works.
Meantime PTA is a recently established collaborative group formed after a number of conversations concerning the problems arising from making work within the restrictions (time, fiscal etc) of day-to-day living.
My solo practice shifts variously between concerns around; accuracy, mimicry, material, scale, location, sentiment, judgment, context, action, re-action, reduction and redaction.

Jennie Temple MFA BA(Hons): Lecturer
My solo practice has predominantly reflected my long-standing interest in architecture, and more specifically, the function of architecture and architectural features in both private and social spaces. My practice has shifted between several methods of production from small 2 dimensional works through to large-scale installations.
More recently collaborative projects have been at the forefront of my practice. I am a founding member of the artist collective Meantime and founder of Project !!Wakaka!.
Project !!Wakaka! recently took part in the Edinburgh Annuale.
