AIRetc Lauren McLaughlin is currently running a series of workshop looking at the history and development of collage in contemporary art practice since its early beginning in Cubism, Dada through Surrealism and Pop to the work of current artist. #exCAPer delivers model making workshop to 3D Design students.

HND 3D Design (Interior Design) students were joined last week by ex Edinburgh College Artist In Residence #AIRetc Paul Diamond who gave a presentation and led a discussion on model making. Paul, who studied on the HND Contemporary Practice/Public Art Course at Edinburgh College 2006-2008 before studying sculpture at Newcastle University now works in the Architecture Dept workshops at Edinburgh University shared a range of examples of sketch and completed models with the students
